What qualities in a “presidentiable” is Mikael Daez looking for? Mikael’s quick reply: “A person aiming for the presidency has to have untainted integrity—voters should be constantly reminded of that!

“Being able to push forward with his platform, even if it isn’t popular, isn’t easy. At the end of the day, it all depends on luck, because we don’t really know how the candidates are going to turn out—our judgment often rests on what we hear, see and are told!

“He or she has to be very determined. It’d be great to see a president who actually sticks to his game plan—someone who isn’t distracted by self-serving factors, and isn’t swayed by people with questionable motives.

“If you truly believe in something and think you have it in you to make a difference, go for it! But, you have to do it for the right reasons!”
