Julian Trono, who turned 18 this year, can’t wait to exercise his right to vote. He shares, “I may be young, but I think choosing the right people to lead us is crucial to our future. Some years ago, I was set to run for a seat in the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK), right before it was scrapped. I realized how complicated the political system was—so, I wanted to learn more about it!  Should show biz personalities remain apolitical? It doesn’t matter if you’re an actor or not, what’s important is if you have something to contribute to the lives of the people you serve.” Rito P. Asilo
