‘Tandem’ competes in Portugal

King Palisoc’s “Tandem” will vie for top honors in the Directors’ Week section of the 38th Oporto International Film Festival in Portugal, from Feb. 26 to March 5, 2016. Fantasporto, as the Portuguese event is known, is the fourth festival for Palisoc’s film—after screenings in Montreal, Vancouver and Cairo.
