This year has been one of the most difficult for Carla Abellana, especially in terms of her personal life. But despite the ups and downs, the actress is thankful to be ending the year on a high note. And a lot of that, she admitted, had a lot to do with Tom Rodriguez, with whom she’s being romantically linked.
“I usually draw inspiration from my family. Now, Tom has also become one of my sources of happiness and strength; he plays an important role in my life,” she said. “Tom has always been there for me.”
The 29-year-old GMA 7 star started the year coming from a bad (and much-publicized) breakup with Geoff Eigenmann.
She top-bills “Because of You,” a new, lighthearted TV series, directed by Mark Reyes. It airs weeknights on the Kapuso network.
