‘Imbisibol’ in Stockholm film fest

Lawrence Fajardo’s “Imbisibol” will be shown at the 26th Stockholm International Film Festival, in Sweden, from Nov. 11 to 22. The fest’s website praises the Filipino film: It “conveys, through long takes and tasteful photography, an equally exciting and important film [on] prejudice and class inequalities.” “Imbisibol,” a Sinag Maynila winner, will be screened on Nov. 13, 16 and 19 in Stockholm.
