Last September 13, Glorietta witnessed some of the country’s best gamers battle it out in the country’s first and biggest nationwide Clash of Clans tournament, vying for prizes worth up to P2 million. Globe’s #NextLevelKa Ultimate Clash pits teams and individuals in a battle of wits and virtual strength as participants test their invasion prowess against each other. This event is the culmination of the tournaments that have been happening all over the country since August. For this event, the rules are simple: within 5 hours, the Ultimate Clashers must do everything they can to defeat their enemies and secure a top 3 placement in the category they are in.

With the value of prizes at stake, Clash of Clans became more than just a game that day. After 5 hours of tearing down walls and looting gold and elixir, winners were finally announced followed by a closing set from Up Dharma Down to cap the night.

For the Individual Rookie category, Jeronimo Santillan and James Eslabon bagged 1st and 2nd place respectively, while Wilfred Donaire was declared the champion. For the Individual Master category, Felix Rias, Jr. bagged the title of  champion with Stephen Sanceda and Jopet Mejos named 1st and 2nd runners-up. In the Individual Champion category, Earl Benedict Zuniga was named the victor, with Herlyn Tabudlo  as 1st runner-up followed by Arvy Cabahug.

The Clan category (each clan consists of 10 members) saw the Filipino Clan as the grand champion, the Pinoy Playhouse clan as the 1st runner-up, and the Pinoy Champ clan as 2nd runner-up.
Congratulations and keep upgrading those dragons! Who knows, there might be another Globe #NextLevelKa clash coming!
