‘As Certain as the Dawn’
“As Certain as the Dawn,” a benefit concert featuring the University of the Philippines Madrigal Singers, Bukas Palad Music Ministry, Noel Cabangon and Music Hub Chamber Orchestra with Fr. Manoling Francisco, SJ, will be held on Aug. 29, 7 p.m. at Bishop Rooker Auditorium, St. Paul College Pasig.
Proceeds will benefit scholarship, livelihood and feeding programs.

‘Pinoy K-Pop Star’
Among hundreds of hopefuls, only 20 were selected to compete in this year’s “Pinoy K-Pop Star” finals, which will be held on Saturday at SM Mall of Asia Center Stage at 1 p.m.
Ten solo acts and bands will compete in the singing category, while 10 groups will compete in the dance category.
The winning dance group will represent the country in the 2015 K-Pop Festival in Korea, and the grand prize winner in the singing contest will represent the country in the online regional finals of 2015 K-Pop World Festival.
