Actor Luis Manzano on Wednesday retaliated against a Twitter user who called him “gay.”
After Manzano shared a photo of himself promoting a line of men’s clothing, a netizen commented on the post, tagging the brand’s account and asking if the actor was gay (“ano yan bakla?haha…peace”).
The comment didn’t sit well with the actor, who called his basher “pig.”
The basher replied by saying Manzano should admit it, adding actors were liars and acting the “lowest profession in the universe” (“Aminin mo na bakla ka,,bwahahahahaha,,, mga cnungaling kaung artista, ang pinakamababang propesyon sa buong universe!”).
Manzano then responded through a series of tweets against his basher.
After their heated exchange of posts, followers of Manzano thought his account was hacked.
The actor, however, said his Twitter account was not compromised.
“Guys, my twitter wasn’t hacked, you guys know me, once in a while it’s ok to fight back :) it’s fun! It makes me laugh when i’m bored :),” his post read.
“The gay issue is nothing new,” he added.
Responding to a Twitter follower asking if he was starting a war with the basher, Manzano said he was “just having a good laugh with someone filled with hate.” NC
