MTRCB: Children first

Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB) officers will meet with representatives of the ABS-CBN reality show “Pinoy Big Brother” today.

MTRCB Chair Eugenio “Toto” Villareal explains the board’s guiding principle in dealing with matters involving minors: “What we want to emphasize and protect always is the best interests of the child in media and entertainment. Any issue must be resolved in favor of the child.”
