Filmmaker Joel Lamangan, who directed beleaguered actor Jiro Manio in several films including “Manay Po” (2006), “Pacquiao the Movie” (2006) and “Bahay Kubo” (2007), told the Inquirer: “Jiro should get support from all concerned agencies, public and private, to help him recover and bring back the A-list actor that he was.
