COUNT on Maria Ozawa to turn the other cheek when it comes to her bashers.
Now retired from the adult entertainment industry, the 29-year-old actress said whatever hurtful comments she reads about her on the Internet or in magazines, these only show that people still care about her.
“When I debuted in the industry, out of curiosity I tried to look in the Internet and magazines and it really broke my heart,” Ozawa said during a press conference for her movie “Nilalang,” an entry to the 2015 Metro Manila Film Festival, Tuesday at Hotel H2O.
“But the more they talk bad stuff about me, that means I’m getting more attention from everybody.”

Leaving behind a career that brought her to stardom, Ozawa is firmly placed in the mainstream entertainment but she took lessons from her previous industry to become who she is right now.
Ozawa said whatever Internet bashers say about her are mere reflections on how some people give time on putting their attention on her.
“On the flip side you can say whatever you want, but you’re saying that because you care about me,” the self-confessed shy actress said. “The feeling of hate is a feeling that you have, so you have feelings about me.”
