Carol Santos, mom of expectant mother Judy Ann Santos, shares her joy upon learning she will be a grandmom again: “This baby is an answered prayer, another blessing. We’ve been praying for a new addition to the family, which is Juday’s ultimate wish. People may think we are being melodramatic, but Juday and I cried when she broke the good news to me.
