Marian Rivera withdraws from GMA show due to delicate pregnancy

Marian Rivera is withdrawing from GMA network’s upcoming drama “The Rich Man’s Daughter,” the network has announced.

In a statement on Friday, GMA said Rivera has withdrawn from the program as well as her TV appearances abroad due to her delicate condition.

“GMA Network fully supports Marian’s decision and strongly believes that Marian and her baby’s safety is first and foremost,” it said.

GMA has also assured Rivera’s supporters that the actress “will still be seen in various shows in the Kapuso Network,” adding: “We pray for a healthy and happy pregnancy for our dear Marian.”
