Ai-Ai delas Alas calls Kris Aquino her ‘former friend’
A “former friend.”
This is what actress Ai-Ai de las Alas now calls actress Kris Aquino, following the rift that tarnished their relationship.
Speaking before members of the press during her contract signing with GMA Network on Thursday, the Comedy Concert Queen admitted that her friendship with Kris Aquino is already different from what it used to be.

Syempre iba na ‘yon. Pero I wish her well (Things are different now. First, we are no longer “roommates,” we are just “neighbors” now because I am already here, and she’s still there. Of course, it’s different. But I wish her well),” Delas Alas said.

Delas Alas also dismissed rumors that one of the reasons why she left the Kapamilya network is because her past misunderstanding with Aquino. “’Di ba nagkabati na nga kami noong kasal ni kambal (Marian), so ‘yon na ‘yon. Nagkabati na kami. Okay na ‘yon (We already patched things up during Marian’s wedding. Everything is already okay).”

She also said that she learned her lessons from her past relationships with people, saying “there is a reason for all the bad things that happened before.”
“Minsan kasi meron na tayong mga kanya-kanyang priorities. Ako kasi priority ko na ‘to to be happy. Ayoko na nang may mga kaaway. Ayoko na nung may negativity (There comes a point when we already have our own priorities. My priority now is to be happy. I don’t want to have enemies anymore. I don’t want any negativity),” she said. IDL
