Grace Lee on President Aquino

TV5 host Grace Lee turns to Facebook to respond to President Benigno Aquino III’s supporter who lambasted critics for lamenting his absence in the arrival rites for slain policemen at Villamor Air Base. Said Lee:

“There is only one head of state. Only one Commander in Chief. You cannot compare the value of his presence to [that of] any ordinary citizen and use it against them when they voice out their frustration and anger.” She earlier described news of the perceived presidential snub as “infuriating.”
