‘Must Try Asia’

Talent search winner Sarah Benjamin and chef Malcolm Goh embark on a journey to discover the best dishes in Asia’s six capital cities in the new show “Must Try Asia.” The show, which appeals to foodies and travelers alike, airs Wednesdays, 9 p.m. on the Asian Food Channel.

The action series “Banshee” will return for a third season on Cinemax, and will air Saturdays, 10 p.m. beginning Jan. 10. The show top-bills Antony Starr, who plays Lucas Hood, an ex-convict and thief who assumes the identity of a deceased sheriff.
