What would you ask/give Pope Francis if you had a moment with him?
When I was a kid, I met Pope John Paul II. The Pope who eventually became a saint hugged and carried me for a few seconds.
My gift to Pope Francis symbolizes my gratitude. I originally thought of giving him my face cast (which reminds me of how I survived a gym accident that left my face crushed). But it may not be pleasant-looking. Since I was blessed with the gift of music, I thought of composing a simple but heartfelt song to express how thankful I am for the blessing called faith, which helped me and my family survive and triumph over that trial.
The gift I would like to receive from the Pope is wisdom—a Bible from him is a present I would truly treasure. Bayani San Diego Jr.
