Ultraman on the Tokyo red carpet
Ultraman and the rest of the gang from the popular TV series “Ultraman Ginga S” will walk on the red carpet of the 27th Tokyo International Film Festival (October 23-31).
The event will be held on October 26 at the Toho Cinemas Nihonbashi, to celebrate the release of “Ultra Seven,” HD Remastered 2.0 edition, which consists of two episodes from the show.
The remastered episodes will be screened at the Tokyo fest, which is mounting the event with the Tsuburaya Production, producer of the “Ultraman” series.
Actors Koji Moritsugu and Bin Furuya, actress Yuriko Hishimi, director Mitsuta Kazuho and special effects supervisor Shinji Higuchi will grace the premiere, to talk about the “Ultraman” series.
Moreover, “Evangelion” and “Ultra Seven” character figures and diorama will be displayed at the Toho Cinemas Nihonbashi.
The works of Japanese animator Hideaki Anno will also be exhibited.
