‘Rekorder’ in Vancouver

After winning at the Annonay (France), Barcelona (Spain) and Gwangju (South Korea) fests, Mikhail Red’s “Rekorder” will compete in the Dragons and Tigers section of the Vancouver International Film Festival, set Sept. 25 to Oct. 10.
