‘Oktoberfest’ kicks off Friday

This year’s San Miguel Oktoberfest features a diverse lineup of performers, including rock, mainstream and up-and-coming bands and club DJs.

The 12-hour music event will be held at Greenfield District Central Park in Mandaluyong Friday, with simultaneous runs in One Mango Avenue, Cebu City and Laguna Central Greenfield City in Sta. Rosa, Laguna on Sept. 19.

Artists include Pepe Smith, Slapshock, Greyhoundz, and Razorback, 6Cyclemind, Rivermaya, Mars Miranda, Ace Ramos, and Deuce Manila, among others. Tickets are priced at P300 (with five cups of assorted beer) in the Manila kickoff, while P50 (with one cup of Pale Pilsen) in regional runs.
