Nova Villa asks for prayers for success of Tiya Pusit’s double bypass surgery

MANILA, Philippines—Actress Nova Villa asked for prayers as her sister, comedienne Tiya Pusit, is set to undergo double bypass surgery on Tuesday.
A report from Radyo Inquirer said the 66-year-old Tiya Pusit remained optimistic and in high spirits.

“She was very optimistic and she also had plans after surgery,” the report said, quoting Villa.

The surgery had been earlier postponed due to blood complications. Villa said the whole family has the support of Tiya Pusit.
Her dialysis thrice a week would still continue after the surgery, the report said.
