MANILA, Philippines – In case you still haven’t heard of the #OneVibePH, this is now your chance to be informed of the biggest event yet that the free instant messaging application, Viber, is about to host.

Set to happen on June 11, 2014, at the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds, #OneVibePH will bring together local and international dance music artists for a long night of dance, music, drinks and fun.
Viber and non-Viber users alike are welcome to attend the event, however, plenty of perks await those who have installed Viber applications in their smartphones.
For one, Viber users are entitled to a 50-percent discount on tickets to the event.
While Viber users who plan to GrabTaxi their way to #OneVibePH will get a P150 discount in their bills just by presenting their Viber application to the taxi driver. As for Viber users who live near North EDSA, Ortigas, and Makati – you might want to keep track of the Viber official Facebook page as it will be posting further details on how attendees can avail of free bus rides to the SM Mall of Asia Concert Grounds on June 11.
According to the organizers represented by Domini Primero of Driven Manila, Stephen Ku of Eventscape and Crystal Lee of Viber, gates to the #OneVibePH will open at 4 pm while performances will start around 6 pm. Attendees will have to brace themselves for an action and fun-filled night as the concert is expected to end 3 am.
Before you get discouraged about attending #OneVibePH, take note that once the clock hits 12 midnight, beers and a number of food will be priced “piso”, yes, P1.00 / one peso. So think twice or thrice before you decide to skip this experience. The “piso”-priced snacks will last an hour and the “piso” wonder will end 1 am.
To qualify for the “piso” drinks, however, attendees will have to have an alcohol strap as proof that they are aged 16 or above.
One of a kind
Primero describes #OneVibePH as a party that’s “never been done before.”
Besides the piso-beer and the discounts on tickets and transportation fares, a total of 12 clubs: Aracama, Dillingers, The Distillery, Haze, Hyve, Imperial, Prive, Prohibition, Republiq, Skye, Time, Prive and UrBn will be closed on June 11 to express their participation in the local music celebration advocated by #OneVibePH.
Performers will be Apl.De.Ap, Filipino-Dutch DJ Laidback Luke, Filipino DJs Funk Avy, Mars Miranda, and Motherbass and foreign acts HardRock and Infected Mushroom.
True to Primero’s words, “For one night, there will be no other place to go but #OneVibePH.”
