MANILA, Philippines – “Mean Girls” actress Lindsay Lohan revealed that she had a miscarriage, E! Online reported on Monday.
Lohan made the reveal during the two-hour Season finale of her documentary “Lindsay” on OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network) series directed by Emmy-nominated filmmaker Anne Rice.
In the report, Lohan was quoted as saying: “No one knows this…I had a miscarriage for those two weeks I took off. It’s a very long story…mentally, that messes with you.”
She was asked, then, to comment on her experience in the show.
But the actress, a media sensation for her history of drug abuse, drunk driving, as well as her highly publicized family affairs, did not mention the father.
The actress then started to cry, according to the report, and said: “Here’s the thing, even if it’s not my intention to lose everything I’ve worked for, that’s what this addiction will do to me. You guys love it when I cry…It’s a really (profanity) up disease and it’s really scary.”
The actress then went on to say that she is looking forward to shooting her new movie in June.
“I’m happy. The biggest thing I learned from his experience and doing this show is my work ethic is different. I have that fire back in me,” Lohan said.
The actress recently became a media sensation again after her alleged list of 36 sexual partners was leaked to the media.
