James Yap’s gorgeous Italian girlfriend, Michela “Mic” Cazzola, finally met his son Bimby during the exhibition match of PBA All Stars and Gilas Pilipinas on Sunday.
“We watched James’ game together. He’s a polite kid,” Mic related. “Naturally, we were both very shy since it was our first time to meet. But he’s such a lovable child. I’m sure it was not easy for him. I thank his mother for letting him go to the game with us. I truly appreciate it.”
James couldn’t be happier, now that his “Baby Boy” and “Babe” are on the brink of a beautiful relationship.
Bonding time
Cesar Montano is headed to the United States for a little father-daughter bonding time with Angelina (his eldest kid with Sunshine Cruz). “Since she graduated from elementary with good grades, I’m treating her to a holiday in San Francisco, Las Vegas and New York,” said Buboy (Cesar’s nickname). “I will take her to watch Broadway plays. On the next trip, I will bring all three of my daughters—with their mom’s blessing, of course.”
Buboy may be done with being a husband, but he will never stop being a father. Although his marriage with Shine has ended, it did not really fail because they have three beautiful reasons (Angelina, Samantha and Francesca) to be thankful that destiny brought them together once upon a time.
Empowering workout
The G-Force Project, headed by dance stalwart Georcelle Dapat-Sy (aka Teacher Georcelle or TG), takes the art of dancing to a higher level with new and exciting add-ons to its class lineup, #WhiteShirtLove and #Me and My Little Force.
TG is the brains behind the astonishing production numbers of ABS-CBN’s “Asap” and is the fave choreographer of many celebs.
“I want women of all ages and sizes to be comfy in their own skin by introducing a fitness workout that will make them feel empowered, called White Shirt Love,” explained TG. “The program will help enhance the ladies’ body sculpture and boost their confidence. Me and My Little Force will showcase 3- to 5-year-old kids and their parents/guardians doing cute routines especially designed by the team for them.”
The second round of classes will run from May 10 to 29 with a grand recital at Araneta Coliseum. G-Force also teaches K-pop, burlesque, hip-hop, 2-Werk, jazz funk and zumba.
May the G-Force be with you, for you to dance as though everybody’s watching!
Going global
The international arm of TV5, Pilipinas Global Network Limited, is now officially the second most watched Pinoy channel in the Middle East and North Africa. The announcement of this breakthrough, shared in an exclusive event, came after the renewal of the company’s successful partnership with Orbit Showtime Network, the No. 1 pay TV platform in those regions.
TV5 International president Claro Carmelo Ramirez remarked: “This is a huge milestone for the network as we are not only highlighting a successful partnership, but we are also celebrating the fact that our young channels already enjoy over 1.2 million viewers in the Middle East, surpassing some other older channels. This is significant, and we are very proud of how far we have gone in just a matter of three years.”
The renewal of the partnership affirmed the network’s commitment to bringing a diverse range of quality programs to every overseas Filipino household all over the world, through both the Kapatid TV5 and Aksyon TV International channels.
That calls for a High Five!
