“Starting Over Again” director Olivia Lamasan reveals her box-office secret: “Malaki ang input ng mga artista. I always tell them, ‘I don’t know everything. You’re here to help me figure out the best way to do things.’ When I was new, I was more controlling. I’ve reached a point in my career where I’ve realized ang dami ko palang makukuha sa artista if I give them a certain level of freedom. They are the ones who give life to their characters.
