REGIBEN Romana, Lino Brocka grand prize winner in the Digital Lokal section, for “Sakay sa Hangin”

Regiben Romana’s “Sakay sa Hangin” will have screenings at Tago Jazz Café every night (at 8 p.m.) until March 9. The film centers on the life of a tribal man from Bukidnon— Datu Waway Linsahay Saway, a master player and maker of traditional musical instruments. Skilty Labastilla of the Young Critics Circle remarked: “It feels like a trance …. you’ll be transported to a higher realm.” Tago Jazz Café is located in Quezon City. Bayani San Diego Jr.
