‘Metro Manila’ gets Bafta nod

Sean Ellis’ “Metro Manila” is nominated for Best Film Not in the English Language at the EE British Academy of Film and Television Arts (Bafta) Awards.

“Metro Manila” joins “The Great Beauty,” “Blue is the Warmest Color,” “The Act of Killing” and “Wadjda” on the list.

The Bafta rites will be held Feb. 16 in London.
