Two films from the Philippines are part of the Berlin International Film Festival, to be held in Germany from Feb. 6 to 16, 2014. Eduardo Roy’s “Quick Change” and Joselito Altarejos’ “Unfriend” will be screened in Berlin’s Panorama section.
Says the fest website: “Astonishing films from Taiwan, the Philippines and Hong Kong have been picked.” “Quick Change” was a Cinemalaya 2013 entry, while “Unfriend” was produced by Brillante Ma. Mendoza for Solar. Bayani San Diego Jr.
