‘Kisame’

The opening of Paquito Ochoa’s photo exhibit, “Kisame: Visions of Heaven and Earth,” from Nov. 11-14 at the Greenbelt Fashion Walk, Ayala Center, Makati, was attended by the Ayalas and other luminaries.

Curated by Fr. Milan Ted Torralba and Kenneth Esguerra, the show included photographs of Bohol churches and their ceilings, which were reduced to rubble by the recent earthquake.

Hardcover editions of the exhibition catalogue include never-before-seen photographs of the churches from Ochoa’s archives—they’re perfect gift ideas this holiday season! “Tugon sa Bohol” is an initiative of the Ayala group of companies for the restoration of Bohol churches.

Benefit concert

Last Nov. 8, the group staged the benefit concert, “Songs of Hope: A Free Benefit Concert,” featuring the Loboc Children’s Choir at Rockwell. Those who wish to donate may e-mail info@ayalafoundation.org, or call  752-1266.
