MOLES can’t stop talking. Popular Actress flew to a top destination in the region with rumored beau, Handsome Hunk, in tow.
Upon returning home, HH pulled a surprise, fishing out a very expensive luxury tote from his luggage and handed it to PA. Turned out, HH went on a solo shopping expedition, unbeknownst to PA, who was pleasantly surprised upon receiving the pricey gift.
Red herring
There’s incessant buzzing in Show Town. Political Scion is allegedly wooing Pretty Actress to deflect attention from his affair with Separated Star.
PS merely wants to protect SS from unsavory intrigues. But is he serious about her? Seems poor PA is miscast as the red herring in this triangle.
Richer than Elton
London – “The X Factor” and former “American Idol” judge Simon Cowell jumped to No. 6 in the British music rich list in 2011 after his fortune hit 200 million pounds ($330 million), Britain’s Sunday Times newspaper reported.
That was a 35-million-pound rise from 2010, when he was ranked 11th, and took him above Elton John and Mick Jagger, whose fortunes were estimated at 195 million and 190 million pounds, respectively.
But Cowell was still behind his arch-rival Simon Fuller, creator of the talent TV “Idol” franchise, who ranked 5th in 2011 with personal wealth of 375 million pounds.
British-based record executive Clive Calder, who sold Zomba Records in 2002, took over at the top of the music rich list with 1.3 billion pounds, unchanged on the amount in 2010. Reuters
Lusk’s last
New York – “American Idol’s” final four was set at two guys and two girls on Thursday, when Jacob Lusk was given the boot during the talent show’s “now-and-then” theme week.
Of the finalists, only Lusk and Haley Reinhart had ever landed in the bottom three. For Lusk, 23, it was the third – and final – strike.
The four remaining finalists are 17-year-old country crooner Scotty McCreery, rocker James Durbin, Lauren Alaina and Reinhart.
Lusk getting the boot was rightly predicted by Vote for the Worst, the anti-“American Idol” website.
Now, who is VFTW’s anointed one? Reinhart is currently leading its survey. Here are the site’s latest squeak-outs:

McCreery (“Always on my Mind”): “He sucks the life out of the song. Two and a half hours later, this song is still going on.”
Reinhart (“House of the Rising Sun”): “[She] gives her all and she’s pretty good. Even though she brings nothing new to the song.”
