‘Norte’ wins in Nuremberg fest

Lav Diaz’s “Norte, Hangganan ng Kasaysayan” won the top prize at the recent Nuremberg International Human Rights Film Festival in  Germany.

Producer Raymond Lee said “Norte” was the jury’s unanimous choice. It was described as “epic (in) scope and intimate (in its) portrayal of its characters and their grave fates.” Bayani San Diego Jr.
