Filipino filmmaker Ian Loreños’ “Alagwa” won best narrative feature and lead actor Jericho Rosales, outstanding achievement in acting, at the recently concluded Guam International Film Festival. “Alagwa,” which was graded A by the Cinema Evaluation Board, opens Wednesday at all SM Cinemas.
