Milette Trinidad, retired teacher: “My day isn’t complete without tuning in to radio station dwWW, whose ’60s and ’70s musical repertoire transports me back to an era when music was pure and pleasing to the ears.

“Aside from foreign standards, it features local songs from the likes of Pilita Corrales, including the early recordings of Nora Aunor and Eddie Peregrina—a wonderful treat for senior citizens like me!”

Divine Dizon, televiewer: “ANC’s recent decision to assign a certain reporter as annotator during the privilege speech of a lawmaker wasn’t a wise move. Her voice was irritating, and she often stammered, mispronounced words, peppered her speech with ‘ahhs,’ and seemed to be at a loss about what she was going to say next.”

Maui Orillana, student: “The future seems bright for young actor Derrick Monasterio, especially if he decides to pursue a career in singing. His recent appearance on a noontime show was my first time to see him sing, and his take on a classical tune more than passed muster. He was also a good interviewee.”
