Megastar Sharon Cuneta is inviting independent filmmakers to submit screenplays for a future film.
“The one I pick will get a P250,000 cash prize,” she said.
She was not looking for a vanity project, she clarified, but merely asking filmmakers, “What type of movie do you see me in?”
The script should “create excitement… indie in spirit but with a mainstream timbre,” said Cuneta, who is preparing for “Madam Chairman,” her new TV5 series.
“They should be simple but earnest—or totally different.”
