Filmmaker Jun Robles Lana and TV5 exec Perci Intalan recently marked their 10th anniversary as a couple by exchanging platinum rings.
Lana said they planned to get married in October in New York, where such unions are legal. “It will be autumn in New York by then,” Lana, who won acclaim here and abroad for his Cinemalaya film, “Bwakaw,” told Inquirer on Wednesday.
Lana also posted on Facebook: “Ten years of love, laughter and respect. That’s about 50 in straight years.”
“Perci is the smartest person I know, bar none,” quipped Lana, who said he was drawn to Intalan’s sense of humor, too.

“Jun is a best friend, my staunchest supporter, toughest critic, greatest inspiration rolled into one. He brings out the best in people. He certainly brought out the best in me,” said Intalan.
