Inventive Pinoy dishes

Andres Bonifacio, the Father of the Philippine Revolution, was brave and uncompromising. The same traits are found in the exciting cuisine offered by Café de Bonifacio, which is noted for its nationalistic motif and casual ambience. It’s located on the fifth floor of The Podium.

The Wenceslao brothers’ café highlights the best in local dishes. With the current economic surge of the Philippines, Filipino cuisine is being touted by some New York food critics as the next, big culinary discovery.

Movement

Café de Bonifacio is at the forefront of the movement to turn tilapia, okoy, sisig, adobo, bulalo, crispy pata and hito, tawilis and laing into popular global dishes by presenting them in atypical ways. Executive chef Ojie Reloj has designed a lineup of dishes that is inventively and unabashedly Pinoy!
