Lady Gaga cancels rest of tour due to injured hip

Lady Gaga has cancelled the rest of her tour dates due to a hip injury. A Wednesday news release from Live Nation Global Touring says Lady Gaga has a tear in her right hip that will require surgery to repair, followed by a recovery period.

How can the latest wacky outfit of Lady Gaga be relevant and worthy of being called music news? It should be relegated to the fashion section instead. It really shouldn’t be for music. I just don’t get the gist of all this gimmickry and it is not because I don’t understand what she is doing. Obviously, it is for media mileage and publicity! Well, bad publicity, in fact. Yeah, I get it… it is still publicity. All these calculated stunts and controversies she has been doing the past few years are getting tiresome. I bet she is already running out of ideas to do to seek attention or rather, her publicist is running out of ideas to suggest to her.
