The Philippine new wave finally hits Japan. Filipino independent filmmaker Jeffrey Jeturian’s “Bisperas (Trespassers)” emerged as the best film in the Winds of Asia-Middle East section of the 24th Tokyo International Film Festival held in Japan last Sunday.
