Jacky Woo wins Best Actor plum in PH-directed movie at NY fest

Japanese actor Jacky Woo won best actor for Filipino filmmaker Adolfo Alix Jr.’s “Haruo” at the International Film Festival Manhattan held in New York, according to the festival’s website.
