Actor Aga Muhlach on Monday said nothing could keep him from running for a congressional seat after the Commission on Elections (Comelec) junked a petition seeking his disqualification from the May 13 elections for supposedly dropping his Filipino citizenship.

The filing of certificates of candidacy by prominent clans has turned into a circus. Looks like it’s more of a family affair than one of national interest.

Aga Muhlach said his wife, Charlene Gonzales, has given him the go-ahead to enter the political arena in 2013.
