A painfully hesitant Sen. Francis Escudero refused to make a categorical comment on his relationship with actress Heart Evangelista after INQUIRER columnist Ramon Tulfo said in his recent “On Target” piece that her parents frown on the senator’s alleged uncouth (bastos) behavior.
