All special forces in the military have different purpose and application. Navy SEALS missions are usually secret in nature. PN seal is in the planning stage to conduct recovery of SCarborough. This will be dubbed as Oplan GoodMorning . SEal teams will conduct underwater assault of Panatag in several teams . Then by morning all ropes surrounding Panatag Shoals are cut and secured.

Then they will pass out hot Ma Mon Luk siopao and mami noodles. The raising of the Phil flag will follow over those out croppings.
