‘Grave Bandits’ in Cannes Market
Tyrone Acierto’s “The Grave Bandits (Zombie Island)” will have a “market premiere” at the Marché du Film of Cannes, producer Vanessa Ulgado told the Inquirer. The film, which won best picture and director at the Metro Manila Film Festival New Wave section, was acquired by Multivisionnaire, a California firm. Marché du Film, the business counterpart of the Cannes film fest, is one of the biggest film markets in the world. Bayani San Diego Jr.
