Whatever happened to Kristen Stewart? RUBEN NEPALES/Twitter account @nepalesruben

MANILA, Philippines—“Twilight” actress Kristen Stewart was photographed by Philippine Daily Inquirer Entertainment columnist Ruben Nepales wearing crutches when she arrived Sunday (Monday in Manila) for the 85th Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences Awards.

Stewart, however, posed for photo-ops without them as shown by Nepales’ second photo uploaded in his Twitter account @nepalesruben and at @InqEnt.

Stewart is one of the presenters in the ongoing Oscar Awards. It wasn’t reported why she arrived in crutches.

Stewart’s career has been on a tailspin after her reported infidelity with “Twilight” co-star and real-life then boyfriend Robert Pattinson.

In July last year, she reportedly had an affair with director Rupert Sanders during the filming of “Snow White and the Huntsman,” which is nominated this year for best costume design.

Stewart and Pattinson’s romance has been on the rocks ever since and there have been reports of their separation.

Stewart recently acted for Brazilian director Walter Salles’s “On The Road,” a film adaptation of the book of the same title by legendary beat poet Jack Kerouac.
