Julio Iglesias’ benefit dinner-concert on April 6 at the Manila Hotel tent features  “Asia’s Queen of Song” Pilita Corrales and child prodigy Kris Gonzales. The tandem will perform a half-hour set of nostalgia music. Pilita holds the distinction of being the first Filipino singer to perform at Caesar’s Palace in Las Vegas. Kris, at age 10, has exhibited musical talent and versatility as an operatic, classical and pop singer.

      I heard he was converted long ago so he changed his last name.  His former name was Julio Soriano.
