Singer-TV host Jaya Ramsey on being a Type 2 diabetic: “It’s the most common form. I was diagnosed with it shortly after I gave birth to my first child. What’s good about this type is that you can get off medication as soon as you are able to cut down on foods that are bad for you. Disiplina lang. Tumodo kasi ako.
