Chopper privileges for boss’ favorites
No wonder Glamorous Starlet used to fly high, in spite of a less-than-pristine reputation. She was the “favorite pet” of Influential Insider. Sources claim that GS was called “Ma’am” by underlings who knew the real score.
According to a mole, GS used to get picked up from the rooftop of a condo building by the boss’ chopper.
But II has unearthed another playmate: Nasty Starlet.
Will GS still get free helicopter rides? Or has NS taken over the transportation privileges?
The unlikely romance of Handsome Hunk and Gorgeous Girlfriend raised the brows of not a few observers.
A spy asserts that HH, being more mature and experienced, has the tendency to be extra assertive in his budding affair with GG.
HH could be a tad controlling—since he feels that he’s more knowledgeable in the ways of the biz. He even has strong opinions and suggestions about GG’s clothes and makeup.
Perhaps HH has dreams of becoming a stylist, too, on top of everything else he’s done?
No, HH is just obsessed with his new lady love, an insider insists.
Down, not out
Regarded as one of the most successful celebs in the biz, Acclaimed Artist hit a rough patch recently.
Now AA is supposedly in dire financial straits.
Powerful Insider learned that AA was on the verge of bankruptcy, and that AA had rushed to Wealthy Benefactor for help.
AA almost lost a prized property, if not for the timely intervention of Influential Mogul.
IM purportedly saved AA from penury with a lucrative deal that would hopefully be mutually beneficial.
After all, AA deserves to be back on top. AA’s down but not out of the game.
Colleagues had always known that Popular Starlet is a bit kooky. But they didn’t realize the extent of her dementia until recently.
In order to come out as the good girl, PS would purposefully give the wrong call time to her co-workers.
As a result, PS would arrive early, while the rest of the team would be late for the appointment.
PS’ goal, of course, is to end up smelling like roses, while her so-called friends are blamed for delays.
No wonder PS is intensely loathed by peers.
An impending change in a studio’s lineup has caused so much enmity among big stars.
Major Star 1 and Boisterous Cohort allegedly refused to participate in a group project because of Controversial Personality.
CP apparently has remained unforgiven—despite public pronouncements to the contrary.
Major Star 2 is also upset at CP, who caused the former’s hasty departure from a former workplace.
Major Star 3 is not a big fan of CP’s, either. MS3 is still bitter because CP’s stubbornness led to the failure of the former’s project.
Top of the Bandera
The top show biz news in the Inquirer tabloid Bandera (and why we are moved if we are moved):
Natatakot na tuluyang bumagsak ang career, Charice napilitang mag-Tagalog uli, pinatigil nang mag-English. (English doesn’t make a person annoying. Baka…)
(Hija, you seemed to need little help in this department.)
.(Hard to keep all those plates spinning at the same time…)
(Let’s not speculate this early…)
(…unless the competition concedes before the race starts.)
(Seriously? You can’t topple talent with titillation.)
Sobrang sweet at malambing daw si Bea Alonzo gustung-gusto niyang nagpapa-kiss at sinasabihan lagi ng I love you!—Zanjoe (Sir, are you complaining or swooning?)
