Scorsese to help restore Brocka’s ‘Maynila’

Lino Brocka’s “Maynila sa mga Kuko ng Liwanag” (1975) will be restored by the Film Development Council of the Philippines in a landmark partnership with the World Cinema Foundation, chaired by Oscar-winning filmmaker Martin Scorsese.
