Filipina filmmaker Sigrid Andrea P. Bernardo’s short film “Ang Paghihintay sa Bulong (Waiting to Whisper)” won honorable mention at the Exground Film Festival held in Weisbaden, Germany on Nov. 25. “Our film was among the top three in the fest,” Bernardo, who attended the event, wrote on Facebook. The short film won best screenplay in this year’s Cinemalaya.Bayani San Diego Jr.
