From one record breaker to another: Real estate developer sponsors JLO Manila concert
MANILA, Philippines – 2012 for Vista Land is another record-breaking year for the runaway leader in Philippine residential real estate development. The company cements their status as the market leader by expanding their horizons further, this time in the Manila concert scene.
If 2011 marked an increase in revenues for the property developer, raking in PHP 13.5 billion, an increase of 17%, 2012 is no different. Vista Land is redefining the concert community by bringing in Forbes’ most powerful celebrity – Jennifer Lopez.
Lopez is a perfect fit for Vista Land – both are leaders in their respective industries. Like JLO, Vista Land caters to a wide market spectrum with its more affordable Camella, its upper middle market Crown Asia, and its high-end Brittany brand. Vista Land is also a major player in the condominium segment, with 22 projects to date with developments such as Grand Quartier inside Crosswinds, Tagaytay, the Avant at the Fort, Mosaic in Makati, Pinecrest in New Manila, Symphony in Quezon City and Northpoint in Davao City.
Manuel Paolo A. Villar, President and CEO of Vista Land, envisions “a Vista Land home wherever a Filipino may be in the Philippines.” The same can be said about JLO – a celebrity who is pervasive in the music, film, television, fashion and beauty industries.
Pitbull, a featured artist in JLO’s Dance Again and On The Floor tracks, said that JLO was “a complete 360 of what an artist and entertainer means” – she gives her fans more than just music.
According to Villar, “Vista Land’s approach to creating homes and communities is a comprehensive one, raising the bar for modern living by providing complete commercial and recreational facilities for its residents. We want to provide Filipinos with an experience they will never forget. Sponsoring JLO’s concert in Manila sends the message across to all Filipinos that Vista Land creates high quality homes.”
Vista Land is a proud sponsor of the JLO Dance Again World Tour in Manila and is happy to be presenting the biggest concert of the season together with co-presenters Zenea and PLDT Fibr.
